It offers two types of hydraulic turrets either H4 or V8. The V8 hydraulic turret can be mounted with cutting tools and it’s bi-directional and random tool selection provides a fast tool change. While the H4 hydraulic turret can be mounted with 4 cutting tools, allowing for turning, boring and end face cutting operations. CNC Big Boring machine uses Double V Slideway on the Z-Axis in which the longitudinal travels emplys double “V” slideways combined with extra wide span between slideways. This in turn insures high stability especially when performing internal hole machining and heavy cutting. A “I” shaped slideway greatly increases the contact area of slideway which in turn exhibits extra high stability during heavy cutting.
