• The Storm VMC 850 L/S has an L=1000 and S=1200kg table load, 1000 x 500mm table, XYZ work travels of 850 x 510 x 560mm and Fanuc 0iMC and Heidenhain iTNC 530 control options and is available with Linear (L) or Solid (S) ways.
• Spindle Speed options: 8-12,000rpm
• Geneva or a fast 32 position dual arm toolchanger
• Extra wide Y axis and Fanuc 0iMC or the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control options
• Heavy cast iron base, saddle and table minimises vibration during heavy cutting
• 40mm pre-tensioned ballscrews, directly coupled to the servo drive motor provides stronger, more precise and more durable operation
• Duplex angular contact bearings support both ends of all ballscrews, which are far superior to lower cost single radial bearings
• High performance spindle fitted with 2+2 matched super precision bearings for greater longer term precision and reliability
